UOGASHI SPICY STIR FRY

Cut eggplant in bite size. In a frying pan, coat with cooking oil in medium heat. Stir fry eggplant. Add Mapo Tofu Seasoning *use cooking direction of mapo tofu seasoning. Add Uogashiage and green peas. Once heated, ready to serve.

  • Frozen Green Pea
    2 TBS
  • Cooking oil
