Cooking Direction

  • Cut eggplant in bite size.
  • In a frying pan, coat with cooking oil in medium heat.
  • Stir fry eggplant.
  • Add Mapo Tofu Seasoning *use cooking direction of mapo tofu seasoning.
  • Add Uogashiage and green peas. Once heated, ready to serve.
