  • 2 sticks
  • ・Cherry Tomato
  • 7 pieces
  • ・Bell Pepper Yellow
  • 1/4
  • ・Fresh Basil
  • 1 or 2 leafs
  • ・Salt
  • a pinch
  • ・White Sesame Seed
  • 1 TSP
  • Sesame Oil
  • 1 TSP
  • Soy Sauce
  • 1/4 TSP
  • Chili Sauce
  • 1/2 TSP

* you can use Tabasco or Gochujang (Korean Red Chile Paste)

Cooking Direction

  • Slice Chikuwa on an angle, about ¼ inch thickness.
