KAMABOKO ISOBE AGE - Grilled Seaweed Flavored Kamaboko - Great munchie!

  • ・Kibun Kamaboko
  • 1 package
  • ・Cooking Oil
  • 1-2 TBS
  • ・Salt
  • if desired
  • Flour
  • 6 TBS
  • water
  • 4-5 TBS
  • Aonori
  • 1 TBS

*Aonori = Green Lavor

KAMABOKO AKA

Cooking Direction

  • Cut Kamaboko about 1/3-inch thickness
  • In a bowl, combine marked ingredients together, then add and mix with Kamaboko.
  • In a frying pan, heat cooking oil with medium heat.
  • Grill both sides of Kamaboko until surface get crispy.
  • Right before serving, sprinkle salt on top, if desired.
